The Carrier commits itself to provide clean, odor-free vehicle(s) in a good technical condition for cargo loading, to transport the cargo to the place(s) of destination and to transfer the cargo to the person(s) authorized to accept it (the Consignee(s)) by the terms specified in this Transport Order, and the Client commits itself to pay the agreed remuneration for the duly provided servicesto the Carrier;

The Carrier undertakes to perform all the work prescribed in the Agreement in accordance with the requirements ofinternational conventions and the requirements of the regulatory enactments of the countries, within the zone of which theCustomer’s Cargoes are being transported;

The Carrier is liable only for direct loss towards the Client, no indirect losses are indemnified by the Carrier, such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use or loss of contracts, howsoever arising;

The Carrier agrees to allow up to 4 hours for loading or discharge of goods without any extra fee; Pallet exchange is not applicable if not agreed on contrary separately;

This order can be confirmed via e-mail. If the confirmation is not received during three hours after receipt, the order is considered as rejected without any further binding obligations to the Parties.
